Swedish Massage ~ The term "Swedish massage " refers to a variety of techniques, using 5 different strokes. Specifically designed to relax the body, while , helping to increase the oxygen and blood flow to soft tissue. Massage will also assist in ridding the body of toxins that can build up in the body's soft tissue.

Neuromuscular ~ This is a form of deep tissue massage this is applied to ,individual muscles, it is used to increase blood flow, reduce pain. This type of massage can release pressure on nerves caused by injury or overuse to muscles and other soft tissue . Neuromuscular massage helps release trigger points, and treat refereed pain to other areas of the body.

Sports massage ~ Sports massage is used pre - event to warm up and awaken muscles for the athletes to train at their peak performance. Sports massage is given post event to help with injury and rid the body of any built up toxins.

Deep tissue massage ~ This is a very specific massage technique utilizing heavy pressure. After locating tight, shortened muscles or distorted postural patterns , the therapist will work slow and deep Stokes to loosen and lengthen the muscle. This will also help restore range of motion. While the therapist is working it is imperative the you communicate the level of discomfort.

Trigger point ~ Trigger point therapy is a method of applying pressure to an area of discomfort.. These areas are accumulation of waste product around a nerve receptor that can some times radiate pain to other areas of the body. This is not a relaxing method of massage, in fact the client and therapist work together to locate these areas and relieve them.This method would be Incorporated into a basic Swedish massage

Hot stones ~ Hot stone therapy is a form of bodywork's that involves the use of heated basalt stones applied to the body in various massage techniques to bring about relief to stiff sore muscles.

Paraffin dips ~ a treatment for the symptoms of joint and muscle condition such as arthritis that consists of melted mineral wax derived from petroleum applied to a body area. Paraffin can help in the stiffness of joints on hands and or feet. The wax is allowed to cool and harden around small joints. The paraffin is then removed. This also helps to soothe dried cracked skin.

Couple Massage ~ This is a massage given to a couple at the same time in the same room with two different therapist. While receiving the massage of their choice, the couple is positioned side by side on separate table, so that they can enjoy each others company. They may communicate with each other during the massage or be silent what ever they prefer.
